60th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in Arabic language)
The Oman Chess Committee in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 24 to 28 April 2018, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Member and FIDE Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).
The lectures will be in Arabic language.
They will be at 18.00-22.00, Muscat (Oman) Time daily (GMT+4).
On 28 April it will be the examination test.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
The participation fee will be 50 US $.
The Seminar fee must be transferred free of charges until 21 April 2018 (three days before the day of the start of the Seminar), in the following Oman Chess Committee bank Account :
