FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Riga, LATVIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21 to 24 August 2018 in Riga, Latvia, by the Latvian Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Conference Room of the International Exhibition Centre Kipsala, in Riga.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Rules Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Andra Cimina (LAT).
The language of the Seminar will be English and Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
