FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 21 April 2011 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Mihail Krjukov (RUS) and IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
