FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Porto Carras, Halkidiki, GREECE
From 22 to 27 October 2018 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Porto Carras, Halkidiki, Greece, by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Organizing Committee of the 2018 World Youth Chess Championships and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers were IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE) and IA Argiris Kitharidis (GRE).
The lectures were in English language.
Nineteen (19) people from Greece, India, Chile, Italy and Australia participated in the Seminar.
Eight (8) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
