FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lima, PERU
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 7 December 2018, in Lima, Peru, by the Peruvian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Jose Martinez Garcia (MEX), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Lose Luis Vergara Palomino (PER).
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
