FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Vientiane, LAOS
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 19 to 22 December 2018 in Vientiane, Laos, by the Laos Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bunawan Bong (INA) FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Don Chan Palace Hotel in Vientiane.
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation in to Lao.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
