64th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR

The 64th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 10 to 14 March 2019, by the Oman Chess Committee and Asian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi ABDULRAHIM (UAE), FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihai Prevenios (GRE).

The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
