62nd Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar – Report
From 5-9 December 2018, the 62nd Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized by the Chess Confederation of America and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer, and the Technical Organizer was IA Jorge Vega Fernandez (GUA).
The lectures were in Spanish language.
Thirty (30) people from twelve (12) federations (VEN, ARG, HON, NCA, PER, COL, ARU, CHI, GUA, BOL, PAN and ECU) participated in the Seminar and twenty three (23) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
