FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Singapore – Report

From 25 to 27 January 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Singapore by the Singapore Chess Federation under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was the Singapore Intellectual Games Center, in Singapore.
The Lecturer was IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers were IA Nisban Jasmin (SGP) and IA Tan Tian Wah (SGP).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Thirteen (13) Arbiters from Singapore, China and Malaysia participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
