FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Colombo (Sri Lanka)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 11 March to 13 March 2019 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, by the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the National Institute of Sport Science in Colombo.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Luxman Wijesuriya (SRI).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
