FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi (Russia)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21/04/2019 to 25/04/2019 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be Aqua Loo in Sochi.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
