FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tashkent – Report

2019-March-Tashkent-FIDE Arbiters Seminar-01The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized by the President of Zone 3.4 FIDE and Uzbekistan Chess Federation under the patronage of Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
Seminar took place in the International Chess Academy of Uzbekistan on 12 – 14th March 2019 with participants from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. In total 15 arbiters took part in the Seminar.
The Lecturer was IA and IO Husan Turdialiev (UZB).
The Lecturer’s Assistant was IA and IO Mikhail Krjukov (RUS).
The Representative person from host Federation was Manager of Uzbekistan Chess Federation Irina Gevorgyan.
The seminar proceeded 3 days (18 hours).
