FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Saint Quentin (France)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 18/06/2019 to 30/06/2019 in Saint Quentin, France, by the French Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The seminar will start with 4 online sessions (18-20-25-27 June) followed by a weekend seminar on site.
The venue of the Seminar will be Espace Henri Matisse – 1 Rue Théophile Gautier in Saint Quentin.
The Lecturer will be IA Laurent Freyd (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Pierre Lapeyre (FRA).
The language of the Seminar will be French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
