FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Panama City (Panama)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 17/08/2019 to 19/08/2019 in Panama City, Panama, by the Panama Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel Victoria Ciudad de Panama in Panama City.
The Lecturer will be IA Barbara Lopez-Chavez Marino (CUB).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
