FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Magglingen, Switzerland (July 2019) – Report
The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized by the Swiss Chess Federation under the auspices of FIDE. The seminar took place in the National Sports Center in Magglingen on July 5-7, 2019.
The Lecturer was IA Dr Juergen Klueners, FIDE Lecturer (GER) and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Michael Hein (SUI). The language of the Seminar was German.
A total of 16 participants from four countries took part in the Seminar, 15 of them participated in the examination test.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
