FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Trieste (Italy)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 01/09/2019 to 05/09/2019 in Trieste, Italy by the European Chess Union in cooperation with Italian Chess Federation and Italian Arbiters` Commission, under the auspices of FIDE. They organize a multiple-field training event specially dedicated to female participants.The venue of the Seminar will be Ippodromo di Montebello, Piazza da Gasperi 4 in Trieste.
The Lecturer will be IA Franca Dapiran (ITA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Marco Biagioli (ITA).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
