FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sao Paulo, Brasil (July 2019) – Report
From 6th to 12th July 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Sao Paulo (Brasil) by the Confederacao Brasileira de Xadrez, under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer was IA Pablyto Robert Baioco Ribeiro (BRA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Mafra, Kaiser Luiz (BRA). The observer was IA Sabrina De San Vicente (URU).
The language of the Seminar was Portuguese.
A total of 5 participants from Brasil took part in the Seminar, 4 of them participated in the examination test.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
