FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Malvar, Batangas (Philippines)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 13/12/2019 to 15/12/2019 in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines, by the Asian Chess Federation and the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Lee, Patrick (PHI).
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Pilipino.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
