FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Subic Freeport (Philippines)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29/11/2019 to 01/12/2019 in Subic Freeport, Philippines, by the Asian Chess Federation and the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Lee, Patrick (PHI).

The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Pilipino.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters. The Seminar is open to titled arbiters wishing to refresh their knowledge.
