69th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar – Report
69th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held from 29th November to 2nd December 2019.
It was organized by the Chess Federation of Canada, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Hal Bond (CAN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Shohreh Bayat (IRI). Technical Organizer was IA/IO Patrick McDonald (CAN).
The Language of the Seminar was in English.
Twenty three (23) participants are registered from fifteen (15) deferent federations attend the seminar, there were from ITA, USA, GER, NED, IND, ISR, CHN, LBN, NOR, LTU, SWE, BLR, RUS, TUR and CAN. All of them attended the exam. Seventeen (17) of them passed the examination test with 80%, which was held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
