FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Subic Freeport, Philippines (November 2019) – Report
From 29th November to 1st December 2019, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Subic Freeport, Philippines, by the Asian Chess Federation and the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer was IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Lee, Patrick (PHI).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation into Pilipino.
Twenty-eight (28) arbiters from the Philippines participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
