From 13th to 15th December 2019, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Salem, India, by the Salem District Chess Association on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Chess Association and All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Rathinam, Anantharam (IND), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Bansod Swapnil (IND).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Forty-one (41) arbiters from India participated in the Seminar and forty (40) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
