FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Montevideo (Uruguay) – February 2020
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 10/02/2020 to 14/02/2020 in Montevideo, Uruguay, by the Uruguayan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the Intendencia Municipal de Montevideo.
The Lecturer will be IA Blas Pingas (ARG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sabrina de San Vicente (URU).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
