FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Montevideo, Uruguay (February 2020) – Report

montevideo february2020 pic01From 10th to 14th February 2020, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Montevideo, Uruguay, by the Uruguayan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Blas Pingas (ARG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Sabrina de San Vicente (URU).
The venue of the Seminar was Intendencia Municipal de Montevideo.
The language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Seven (7) arbiters from Uruguay participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

 
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidental Board:
