The Education Team set its first goals
The Education Team set its first goals, such as standardizing tests for FA seminars and therefore ensuring the same conditions for passing exams for participants all over the world and creating a system of refresher courses for Arbiters and Lecturers, so we can all keep a high level of performance. As a first step the Team reached out to FIDE Lecturers who should be the most interested in the education of Arbiters and asked them for their cooperation – amongst other things for samples of their tests, teaching materials and ideas. The aim is to prepare materials which will serve everyone and which we can share and pass on.
