FIDE Arbiters’ Commission to collect input for the Arbiters’ Manual

The FIDE Arbiters’ manual is a key working tool for chess arbiters worldwide. The Arbiters’ Commission has the ambition to make it an eBook and is pleased to invite all arbiters, players, FIDE commission members, Federations, organizers to send us their feedback, comments, proposals to continue improving the Arbiters’ Manual.
