FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Fagernes, NORWAY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 5 May 2012 in Fagernes, Norway, by the Norwegian Chess Federation, in cooperation with Chess Tromso 2014 AS and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Almog Burstein (ISR), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
