FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 9 July 2012 in Villa Ballester, Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the FANEBA, in cooperation with the Argentina Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Marcelo Mariano Hermida (ARG), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
