FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Brasilia, BRAZIL
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 9 September 2012 in Brasilia-DF, Brazil, by the Brazilian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be Torre Palace Hotel, in Brasilia.
The Lecturer will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The Seminar will give norms for FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
