19th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR
The North American Chess Association, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 22 to 27 October 2012, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Sevan Muradian (USA), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures will be in English language.
