82nd Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PHI) – Report

The 82nd Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PHI) was held from 10th to 12th July 2020. It was organized by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Lee, Patrick (PHI).
The Language of the Seminar was in English.
Twenty-five (25) arbiters from eight (8) Federations (BRU, GUM, JPN, MAS, SGP, TPE, VIE and PHI) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter (or direct title for GUM), after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
