FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Taipei, CHINESE TAIPEI

From 15 to 19 August 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Taipei, Chinese Taipei, by the Chinese Taipei Chess Association, under auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer.

15 people from Chinese Taipei participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded the title of FIDE Arbiter, according to the article 3.10 of the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters and after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
