FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in New Delhi, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 31 October 2012 in New Delhi, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Prof. R. Anantharam (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
