FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Maribor, SLOVENIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 13 to 18 November 2012, during the World Youth Chess Championships, in Maribor, Slovenia, by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Organizing Committee of the World Youth Chess Championships and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Dirk De Ridder (BEL), FIDE Technical Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
