FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Vladivostok, RUSSIA
From 17 to 21 September 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Vladivostok, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA Mihail Krjukov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar was Russian.
Nine (9) National arbiters from Russia participated in the Seminar and in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
