80th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CCA) – Report
The 80th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CCA) was held from 18th to 25th August 2020. It was organized by the Confederation chess of America, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer and the Technical Organizer was IA Vega Fernandez, Jorge (GUA).
The Language of the Seminar was in Spanish.
Twenty four (24) arbiters from twelve (12) Federations (AHO, ARG, ARU, CRC, CUB, DOM, ECU, GUA, HON, JAM, MEX and PAN) participated in the Seminar and nineteen (19) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
