86th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (ACC) – Report
The 86th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (ACC) was held from 14th to 18th September 2020. It was organized by the Africa Chess Confederation and KwaZulu Natal Chess Academy, Durban (South Africa), under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Dharmendra, Kumar (IND), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Kingoina, Peter Duke Michieka (KEN).
The Language of the Seminar was in English.
Twenty (20) arbiters from seven (7) Federations (IND, KOR, NAM, POR, RSA, RWA and ZIM) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title (or direct title for NAM and RWA), of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
