93rd Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Laos Chess Federation) – Report
The 93rd Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Laos Chess Federation) was held from 11th to 13th December 2020. It was organized by the Laos Chess Federation and Asian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Abundo, Casto (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Chan, Kwai Keong (HKG).
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty (20) arbiters from six (6) Federations (BRU, GER, LAO, MAS, PHI and TPE) participated in the Seminar and nineteen (19) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
