Please find the report of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission that was approved by the 4th Quarter 2020 FIDE Council meeting online, December 4, 2020. The Council decided to collect comments from federations before giving a final approval on the new regulations (Appendix E & F) and this will be covered in early 2021.
