FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Novokuznetsk, RUSSIA

seminar_logoFrom 5 to 8 November 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Novokuznetsk, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant lecturers were IA Alexander Khasin (RUS) and Maxim Ivakhin (RUS).

The lectures were in Russian language.

Fourteen (14) National Arbiters from Russia and Kazakhstan participated in the Seminar and seven (7) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
