FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Cochabamba, BOLIVIA
From 3 to 7 December 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Cochabamba, Bolivia, by the Bolivian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Marcello Hermida (ARG), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures were in Spanish language.
Ten (10) Arbiters from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela participated in the Seminar and six (6) of them in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
