ARB Training Programme – Advanced Sessions 02 & 03
This week’s focus was on the Advanced Course with another 60 colleagues onboarded in 2 sessions.
As a Chief Arbiter, you will often have to deal with a team of Arbiters. Each of them will have their own level of experience and profiles. That means you will want to understand who is who and try to get the best out of your colleagues for the success of the tournament. That’s what is studied in the second lecture of the course in a pretty playful way!
Advanced Sessions 02 and 03 took place on the 14-15-16-17 June 2021. The following participants attended.
