FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Kiev, UKRAINE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 5 November 2013 in Kiev, Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Oleg Tovchyga (UKR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Yuriy Gnyp (UKR).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
