FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Cochabamba, BOLIVIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 4 December 2013 in Cochabamba, Bolivia, by the Bolivian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Marcelo Mariano Hermida (ARG), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Alfonso Ferrufino Hurtado (BOL).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
