FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Barnaul, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 6 November 2013, in Barnaul, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Alexander Khasin (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
