FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Panama City (PAN) – Report
From 13th to 16th June 2022, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Panama City, Panama, by the Panamanian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Freyd, Laurent (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and the Local Assistant Lecturer was FA Fuentes Manrique, Adrian Alonso (PAN).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation into Spanish.
Nine (9) participants from three (3) federations (GUA, PER and PAN) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
