113th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Puerto Rico Chess Federation) – Report

The 113th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Puerto Rico Chess Federation) was held from 15th to 17th July 2022. It was organized by the Puerto Rico Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Vega Adorno, Cristobal (PUR).

The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.

Twenty two (22) arbiters from nine (9) federations (ARG, ARU, BRA, CRC, HON, MEX, PAN, PER, and PUR) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
