FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Panama, PANAMA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 31 October to 3 November 2013 in Panama, by the Panama Chess Federation, in cooperation with the FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Serafin Chuit (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Barbara Lopez (CUB).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms for the FA title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
