COMMISSION for WOMEN’S CHESS 34th INTERNET BASED FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR
The Commission for Women’s Chess is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 4 to 9 February 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be FA Eduardo Viana (POR).
The lectures will be in Portuguese language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
