35th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in English language)

The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Kaunas Chess Federation of Lithuania, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 13 to 19 January 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).

The lectures will be in English language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The participation fee will be 60 euros per person.

The fee should be paid in FIDE Bank Account free of bank charges.
